Position Summary: We are seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and service calls on commercial roofing systems. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair leaks and roofing system issues Perform routine maintenance and inspections Complete service calls in a timely and professional manner Document work performed and communicate with customers Ensure safety compliance on all job sites Maintain service vehicle, tools, and materials Qualifications: 1+ years of commercial roofing experience preferred Some knowledge of roofing systems Ability to work at heights and climbing ladders in all weather conditions Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Good communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license preferred but not required What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Employer Match Earned Time Off (ETO) Paid Holidays Stable, year-round work
