Required & Preferred Qualifications * Currently pursuing aBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, ora relatedfield. * Junior or Senior standing preferred; GPA of 3.0 or higher is a plus. * Interest in manufacturing environments, facilities engineering, or plant operations. * Prior internship, co-op, or hands-on project experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus. Skills & Competencies * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. *Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation. * Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar engineering software is a plus. * Effective verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. * Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
