As aSenior Salesforce Engineerin ourEngineeringRevenue Platformdivision, you will design, build, andoptimizescalable, integrated solutions powering ourSupport, Account Management, and Quote-to-Cash technology stack.You'llensure seamless platform integration and peak performance, with a strong emphasis on backend and data-driven solutions.

In this role,you'llpartner with stakeholders toidentifyopportunities, architect solutions, and implement enhancements that improve efficiency, scalability, and business outcomes.With a focus on future-ready solutions, you will lead AI initiatives and
lead your team in learning and building AI applications.You'llalso mentor engineers, provide technical leadership, and help shape the future of our revenue platforms in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will simplify and reinvent systems, processes, and tools playing a critical role in ensuring our systems are robust, integrated, and aligned with the company's strategicobjectives.You willleverageyour deep knowledge ofSupport, Account Management, and Financedomain and tools to buildend-to-end solutions across customer support, account management, quote-to-cash, billing, revenue modeling, pricing, commissions, deal execution, and payment collection integrating with external systems like Oracle, Informatica, and Salesforce,Sidetrade, Stripe.

You will work with a team of talented engineers responsible for driving improvements, defining technical initiatives to drive excellence and bring thought leadership to manage availability, latency and performance of our mission critical tools, services across Finance technologies.

You'lltrain and mentor team members,identifyand resolve impediments, oversee the integrity of software estimations, and ensure that code and tests meethigh standardswhile keeping scalability, reliability, and maintainability in mind.

You are skilled at understanding the needs of customers, internal finance, sales, and account management teams, and translating them into robust business requirements for Salesforce CRM configuration and development. Experienced in managing change processes and driving clear, consistent communication across stakeholders.

Primary Job Responsibilities:



  • Design, develop, andmaintainautomation solutions for revenue platforms, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code
  • Dive intobackend development to align implementations with best practices
  • Oversee the health, performance, and integration of Salesforce(Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Quote-to-Cash)and related systems across Support, Account Management, Sales, and Financeincluding but not limited toOracle, Stripe,Sidetrade, Informatica,Snowflake,Workato
  • Lead initiatives to enhance system performance, scalability,stabilitybyproviding high quality support and maintenance
  • Drive adoption of best practices in automation, web services, test automation, and cloud-native delivery
  • Guidetechnical direction, mentor engineers, and support professional development across the team
  • Partner with Products,EMsandFinance teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business solutions
  • Align engineering priorities with strategic companyobjectives
  • Ensure accuracy in software estimations and adherence to performance, reliability, and security standards
  • Identifyand resolve blockers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
  • Evaluate and adopt new tools, processes, and systems to keep our revenue technology stack at the forefront
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
  • Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors
  • Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested


Skills and Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ yearsof Salesforce development experience, specializing in integration and workflow automation across Support, Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance technologystacks. Skilled inworkflow automation and integrationtools such asWorkatoandexperienced inintegrating with third-party packages and services
  • ProficiencyinApex, Java, Python, or JavaScript
  • Good understanding ofSalesforceAI ecosystem includingAgentforce3 and AI agents
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and Sales Cloud;hands-on experience with APEX and configuration tools like Flows. Salesforce certification is a plus
  • Strong grasp of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, DevOps principles, and CI/CD pipeline managementincluding Gearset and Gitlab
  • Proventrack recordin designing and delivering scalable, reliable,stable,and secure backend solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in financial services or B2B platforms is a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

Compensation



  • Annual base salary: $145,000-$180,000
  • Target annual bonus percentage: 10%

The job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day. Limited corporate travel may be required to remote offices or other business meetings and events.
