Senior Program Manager WORK LOCATION: Hanscom, AFB, MA JOB STATUS: Full-Time; salaried SALARY RANGE: $130,000 - 150,000 annually * *depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications SECURITY CLEARANCE: Top Secret required Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Manager to support the Front Office Group (FOG) of the Command, Control, Communications, Intelligence, and Networks (C3I&N) Directorate (HN), which is located at Hanscom AFB, MA. The Command, Control, Communications, Intelligence, and Networks (C3I&N) Directorate (HN) Front Office Group (FOG) supports the PEO, Deputy, and Staff for acquisition and administrative control of all HN divisions, branches, and programs. It consists of an Executive Section, a Program Execution Group (PEG), and Organization Senior Functional (OSF) managers for program management (PM), logistics (LG), engineering (EN), financial management (FM), contracting (PK), and cyber operations (COS). REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:
- MA/MS and 10 years of experience, of which 5 years must be in the DoD
- OR BA/BS degree and 12 years of experience, of which 5 year must be in the DoD
- OR 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications, of which 8 year must be in the DoD
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS :
- Support directorate leadership in administering quarterly and annual recognition programs
- Assist in managing office supplies by preparing orders and submitting for approval and purchase and conducting inventories of existing office supplies.
- Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing, providing quality acquisition and program documentation (briefings, documents, plans, etc.)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
RESPONSBILITIES:
- Ensure the senior leadership is kept informed of all issues of interest that relate to the directorate operations
- Monitor progress toward accomplishment of various taskings and initiatives; manage directorate-level suspenses and deadlines
- Assist in preparing for directorate level events
- Draft, review, edit documents for program executive officer (PEO) and staff review and approval
- Maintain schedules and manage travel for directorate leadership
- Collect and organize information and prepare material for senior staff meetings and other meetings/reviews
- Disseminate directorate policy and specific initiative guidance for members of the organization
- Coordinate, document, monitor, and support a variety of meetings and conferences to include, but not limited to, scheduling and set up of physical and virtual meetings
- Prepare background information and invite required meeting participants ensuring documentation of the meetings are filed IAW organizational policy
- Prepare meeting documentation, including attendance logs, minutes and/or action items as applicable
- Maintain official file plans and documents as division Records Custodian
- Assist in in-processing and out-processing organic and contractor personnel assigned to the directorate.
