*Loan Documentation Specialist: Onsite in Greenwood Village, CO*
*Overview:* We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Documentation Specialist to support a high-volume lending operations team. This role is responsible for reviewing, validating, and documenting loan files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance before files move forward in the processing lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong data entry skills and experience working with finance or lending documents in a fast-paced environment. *Key Responsibilities:* * Review 10-20 loan files simultaneously, ensuring all required documentation is present and accurate * Thoroughly examine paper and electronic loan documents for completeness and compliance * Verify borrower and loan information prior to passing files to the next stage of processing * Identify and clearly document any missing or incorrect information within loan files * Flag any discrepancies or compliance concerns for resolution * Occasionally contact third-party partners (e.g., credit unions or dealerships) to clarify or validate information * Maintain high accuracy and productivity standards in a high-volume environment *Required Qualifications:* * Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume data entry role * Minimum 1 year of office experience in an administrative, banking, data entry, or dealership setting * Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to maintain accuracy under volume * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including: * Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously *Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):* * Experience with auto loans or consumer loan processing * Previous experience as a consumer loan processor or auto loan processor * Banking or financial services support experience * Customer service experience within a financial or banking environment *Schedule:* *Training Schedule:* * Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM *Post-Training Schedule:* * Operating hours Tuesday-Saturday, generally between 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM * Saturday shifts (8:00 AM - 7:00 PM) required a few times per month * A weekday off will be provided when working extended Saturday hours * Must be flexible to work any shift within operating hours *Why This Role:* * Stable environment with consistent workflow and clear expectations * Comprehensive training (1:1 and group) followed by autonomy and minimal micromanagement * Strong internal culture centered on collaboration, integrity, and community impact * Clear path for growth and advancement for high performers * Opportunity to support a mission-driven organization focused on accessible lending *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenwood Village, CO. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
