Admissions Representative - Healthcare (Hybrid) Location: Englewood / Centennial, CO (Hybrid) We're hiring Admissions Representatives to support infusion patients through the intake and scheduling process for a leading healthcare organization. This role focuses on inbound patient coordination, referrals, and admissions support while building strong relationships with hospitals and care teams. What You'll Do * Handle inbound calls, emails, and faxed referrals to schedule appointments and manage the patient intake process * Coordinate dialysis or infusion placements using internal tools and resources * Place outbound calls to hospitals to complete placement requests and follow up on referrals * Communicate professionally with hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, and patients * Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth and timely admissions process * Maintain accuracy while meeting performance metrics and quality standards What We're Looking For * At least 6 months of healthcare administrative experience (front desk, scheduling, insurance verification, referrals, prior authorizations, patient access, etc.) * Strong customer service skills with comfort handling high call volumes * Ability to navigate multiple systems and perform accurate data entry (25-40 WPM) * Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook; familiarity with Excel a plus * High school diploma or GED required * Reliable work history with consistent attendance Nice to Have * Experience with EHR/EMR systems (Epic is a plus) * Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, or insurance workflows * Call center or healthcare customer service experience Work Environment & Schedule * Hybrid role: Training is mostly remote with an inoffice first day * After training, remote work with one inoffice day per month * Training hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (MST) * Posttraining shifts: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM or 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM (must be open to either) * No time off permitted during the first 90 days Why This Role * Join an established healthcare organization with strong internal culture * Proven success promoting within the admissions and Tier II teams * Structured training and strong leadership support Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Englewood, CO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.75 - $20.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
