Job Description Summary: The Senior Stock Clerk fulfills and processes requisition requests for items, accepts incoming stock, and oversees/maintains the inventory in the stock area. Performs clerical tasks such as record keeping and data entry includes reviewing supply and storage room inventories, initiating supply restocking requests and inventory records. Job Description: Duties/Responsibilities * Take charge of supply or storage room. * Initiate orders for stock or order stock from storage room. * Keep records of items not kept in reserve in storage room. * Check requisitions for proper description of items. * Take and keep inventories if required. * Keeps records of time sheets, open purchase orders, status of calibrations, status of facilities, and data processing. * Performs other duties as assigned. Skills/Abilities * Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications. * Knowledge of stocking/inventory supply. Education Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience 2 years of applicable experience are the minimum requirements. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Union ranges will be in compliance with the collective bargaining agreement's approved rates by location and role.
