Day-to-Day Grind Process and verify shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading and packing lists. Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments in the system. Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries and pickups. Prepare shipping labels, manifests, and other required documentation. Perform data entry and update shipment statuses in the system. Assist with inventory checks, reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed. Communicate effectively with supervisors and warehouse personnel regarding shipment priorities and discrepancies.
