POSITION SUMMARY : Reporting to the Director of Compensation, the Compensation Analyst assists in the development, implementation, and maintenance of broad base compensation programs; ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with applicable regulations and supports BMC's philosophy and strategic plan. Advises HRBP, Talent Acquisition Partners, and Managers on compensation issues. Reviews job descriptions and performs job evaluations to determine appropriate market value. Participates in salary surveys, performs market analysis for both union and non-union positions, and develops recommendations for adjustments. Compensation Range: $56,000.00- $78,500.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
