ServiceNow Engineer

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

*Demonstrated experience providing customer-oriented solutions or support

*Basic knowledge of integration and migration strategies and technologies.

* Basic knowledge and understanding of application architecture, design alternatives, and development standards.

*Demonstrated experience developing complex software using one or more programming language.

*Demonstrated experience interpreting, modifying and writing application system design and program specifications.

*Demonstrated experience using and supporting integration and communications technologies between applications, databases and technology platforms.

*Demonstrated experience using relational databases and standard query language (SQL).

*Solid knowledge of systems development life cycle (SDLC).

*Solid knowledge and understanding of activities, tasks, tools and techniques for testing applications to ensure adherence to functional and quality requirements.

• Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules including Event Management, Service Catalog, UI Builder, and platform workflows.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe.

• Experience with ServiceNow core platform capabilities, configuration vs. customization, and upgradesafe practices.

• Experience with ServiceNow Event Management.

• Experience building and maintaining Service Catalog items.

• Experience using Automated Test Framework (ATF).

• Exposure to UI Builder.

• Broad ServiceNow platform exposure beyond a single module.

In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10

days per month from the office. Candidates should reside within

approximately 35-50 miles of one of the following office locations:
