About the Role

Our beauty client is seeking a detail-oriented Raw Material Sourcing Analyst to support procurement and sourcing operations within a fast-paced, global environment. This role will focus on maintaining data integrity, supporting purchasing workflows, and partnering cross-functionally to ensure smooth vendor and material management processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in sourcing operations, SAP systems, and supply chain processes within a leading beauty organization.

Key Responsibilities


Sourcing Operations & Data Management

  • Create and maintain cost standards and related data within SAP
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of sourcing and purchasing data
  • Maintain and upload documentation into purchasing tools and systems


Purchase Order & Workflow Support

  • Facilitate purchase order (PO) routing and approvals within SAP
  • Support procurement workflows to ensure timely processing and compliance


Vendor Management Support

  • Partner with buyers on vendor onboarding, referencing, activation, and updates
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure vendor data accuracy and completeness


Issue Resolution & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies and system blocks
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth operations


What You Bring



  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required
  • 1-3 years of experience (including internships or co-op experience)
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities


Nice to Have



  • Experience with SAP
  • Exposure to Power BI or data visualization tools
