**About the Role**

As a key contributor to the End User Services area, you will provide essential management support, ensuring seamless operations and strategic alignment. You will leverage your expertise to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, track assets, and analyze costs, directly impacting the financial health and operational efficiency of the organization. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a blend of technical knowledge and administrative oversight, driving improvements and supporting the lifecycle of vital technology assets.

**What You'll Do:**

* Provide comprehensive management support for daily operations within End User Services, covering budget, contract negotiations, service level agreements, and compliance.

* Manage hardware and software asset tracking, retirement processes, and cost flow analysis to optimize resource utilization.

* Track project status and costs, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.

* Apply technical knowledge to negotiate, track, order, and select computer-related hardware and software.

* Utilize advanced reporting and detailed analysis to identify and implement improvements in operational efficiency.

* Audit software and hardware maintenance contracts to verify appropriate billings and ensure cost-effectiveness.

* Develop and refine purchasing processes, including requisitions, vendor evaluations, reviews, and financial tracking.

* Evaluate and process equipment and software orders, managing the entire procurement lifecycle.

* Provide essential client support for widely used home-use software programs.

* Use financial systems for forecasting, budget entries, and comprehensive reporting.

* Support asset management efforts, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of computer and software-related equipment databases.

* Facilitate periodic meetings with technology service vendors to uphold compliance and service level agreements.

* Drive benchmarking and process improvement initiatives across end-user services.

* Develop statements of work for new and existing contracts, and analyze current contracts for vendor compliance.

* Provide expert consultation to clients on IT financial and statistical data.

* Maintain and report time tracking, and manage processes for area chargeback.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, OR equivalent work experience.

* A minimum of 5 years of experience in the computer-related industry or end-user support processes, including a strong financial background with administrative involvement in the lifecycle of end-user assets and services.

* Proficiency in utilizing service management platforms for ticketing, asset management, and report generation.

* Demonstrated knowledge of software license compliance principles.

* Proficiency in widely used office productivity suites, including email and spreadsheet applications.

* Strong business and financial acumen, with an understanding of profitability drivers and efficient resource utilization.

* Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a focus on active listening and proactive information sharing.

* A customer-focused approach, committed to exceeding expectations and continuously improving service delivery.

* A results-oriented mindset, challenging the status quo and driving outstanding business outcomes.

* Knowledge of corporate financial, accounting, purchasing, and logistics policies and guidelines.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Knowledge of financial systems and budgeting processes.

* Familiarity with printer technical support and multi-function device processes.

* An understanding of IT industry trends and directions.
