EVS - Utility

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining public and back-of-house spaces within a facility clean and safe.
• Removes litter from guest areas, cleans ashtrays, slot machines, spills, broken glass, etc.
• Cleans and stocks restrooms as assigned
• Cleans various offices, lounges, gift shops, removing hazards, dusting, vacuuming, polishing, emptying ashtrays and trash receptacles, wiping down surfaces and performing other housecleaning tasks.
• Greet customers, answer customer questions and relay customer needs to other employees or to their supervisor

Competencies:

• Ability to follow directions and complete assigned tasks as requested
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate in English
• Ability to work flexible schedules, to include nights, holidays and weekends

Work Environment:

• Inside, Dry, Noisy, Heat, Hot, High Places, Hazards Fumes/Chemicals, second-hand smoke
• Outside, Wet, Odors, Changing Temperatures, Cold

Physical Demands:

• Standing, Walking for long periods of time,
• Reaching, Kneeling, Carrying, Pulling, Lifting and Pushing up to 50lbs,
• Bending/Stooping, Observing, Stretching, Turning, Balancing.

Target Salary Range: $15.00
