Pit Operator-Plant 1 (Days)

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am).

• Using pallet jack, remove tanks full of chicken parts from coolers to production line or from production lines to condemn room.
• Responsible for moving tanks full of eligible product to the cooler for storage and removing selected products from the storage room as requested by supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to push, pull and steer tanks of product weighing up to 2000 lbs. with a pallet jack vehicle.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to stand and walk 8-10 hrs a day on concrete surface.
• Must possess and or be able to obtain a PIT Operator license.
