How you will make an Impact (Job Summary) SPX is a diverse team of unique individuals who all make an impact. A Project Manager II is responsible for managing assigned projects from order intake through closeout, with limited involvement during the quoting and handoff phases. This role ensures projects are executed on schedule, within approved budgets, and in accordance with contractual and quality requirements while serving as a primary point of contact for customers under the guidance of project management leadership. The PM II is accountable for daytoday project execution, progress tracking, financial forecasting, and coordination with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors. The role requires growing ownership of project performance, proactive issue identification, and effective communication, while escalating risk, commercial exposure, and contractual concerns as appropriate.
