The Telesales Specialist drives growth by selling and renewing service contracts through outbound calls, lead nurturing, and marketing campaigns. This role partners with field teams to deliver customized solutions and ensure exceptional customer service. What you will do Sell and renew service contracts via outbound and inbound campaigns. Qualify and nurture leads, moving them through the sales cycle to close. Manage opportunities and data in CRM (SAP) to track pipeline progress. Collaborate with field sales and service teams to meet customer needs. Achieve targets for sales revenue, productivity, and conversion rates. Deliver excellent service to increase customer retention and satisfaction What You Need to Succeed Bachelor's degree preferred; 2-3 years in sales, marketing, or customer service. Proven outbound call center or telesales experience. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Experience with SAP or CRM systems a plus. Competitive, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
