• Assemble, test, and package electronic and mechanical products to quality and production standards.
• Follow visual aids, written instructions, and verbal work procedures accurately.
• Move parts and materials to maintain smooth and organized production flow.
• Rotate between workstations and departments as needed.
• Complete production and department records.
• Notify leadership when processes or methods are out of compliance.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production environments.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and wrenches.
• Ability to use electric and pneumatic tools.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

• Ability to sit, stand, bend, push, pull, and move throughout the shift as required.
