Job Title: Information Assurance Specialist

Location: Camp Pendleton, CA

Clearance Level: Must Have Ability to Obtain a Secret Security Clearance

Required Certification(s): IAM Level II Certificate or higher (Sec+ and CAP, CASP+, CCISO, CISM, CISSP)

Job Description

  • Provide protection against malware, and intrusion prevention/defense,
    including personal security training of the program staff.
  • Maintain all Information Assurance (IA), including XACTA-IA Manager documentation, refers to the suite of tools and resources for managing IS security compliance, the system configuration management plan and procedures, the recovery plan, the Continuity of Operation Plan (COOP), the Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert (IAVA) security and system compliance, and Department of War (DoW)IA certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP).
  • Monthly reporting on all IA actions to include scans and scan mitigation actions, semi-annual reporting on the Data Center and/or Cloud Storage Authority to Connect/ Authority to Operate ATC/ATO status.
  • Provide GIS, C2, AI/Machine Learning (ML) and information management support

Education and Background
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in systems administration and information
assurance in a DoD environment
Years of Experience
3-5 years
Required Skills
Demonstrated experience managing integrated C2 suites and ensuring system compliance with all relevant security protocols.
