Daikin Applied is seeking a talentedDirector of Digital Delivery Management Office. The Director, Digital Delivery Management Office is responsible for establishing and leading the enterprise delivery engine for digital transformation. This role ensures that digital initiatives are executed with discipline, transparency, and measurable value realization across the organization.

Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, the Director drives standardized delivery frameworks and governance across a complex portfolio of digital projects and programs, including transformation initiatives, M&A integrations, and enterprise platform deployments. This leader partners closely with Digital's senior leaders to align priorities, optimize resource allocation, and ensure consistent delivery outcomes. You will be accountable for elevating delivery maturity, enabling coordination across Digital, and providing executive-level visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and value realization. What you will do:

  • Lead the Digital DMO as the enterprise engine for disciplined execution of digital transformation initiatives Stand up and scale a centralized Digital PMO (DMO), including defining the operating model, structure, governance, and ways of working
  • Establish and enforce standardized delivery frameworks, governance, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and operating models across all projects and programs; developing associated training
  • Drive intra-Digital coordination to manage dependencies, timelines, and execution across complex projects and programs
  • Implement resource and capacity management to optimize deployment of DMO and delivery resources Build and lead a centralized team of Project Managers, Program Managers, and Scrum Masters, with direct accountability for delivery performance across the digital portfolio
  • Own workforce strategy across the DMO, including contractor sourcing, capacity planning, vendor performance management, and extensions
  • Ensure rigorous risk, issue, and escalation management with clear visibility and proactive mitigation
  • Partner with leadership and Digital Value Realization to track and report on value realization
  • Enable structured execution of transformation programs and M&A integrations aligned to enterprise strategy
  • Deliver clear executive reporting and build DMO capabilities, including talent, tools, and performance standards, with ownership of adoption and reporting from Fluid as the system of record

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 15+ years of technology innovation experience, inclusive of technology architecture and engineering
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in program/project management, PMO leadership, or digital transformation delivery within complex, cross-functional environments
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams of Project Managers, Program Managers, or Scrum Masters, with accountability for delivery outcomes
  • Methodology knowledge in Waterfall and Agile
  • Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Agile/Scrum (e.g., SAFe, CSM), or equivalent delivery leadership credentials

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $113,800 - $193,900 (+ 20%) bonusin MN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
