Requisition Number:R153134 Clinical Coordinator - RN - Quality Response - Nights (Open) How You'll Help Transform Healthcare:*The Clinical Coordinator is a vital member of the interdisciplinary healthcare team responsible for shepherding quality patient outcomes through evidence-based care coordination and frontline clinical respond and engagement. This role focuses on early identification, response, treatment and documentation related to the high-risk diagnoses sepsis and stroke, while also participating in quality initiatives, education, and process improvement ideation. This role affords the ability to intervene at the elbow to ensure excellent care is delivered to patients at risk of sepsis and stroke and support their best possible outcomes.
What We Require: Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required. Bachelor's degree Preferred. Must obtain & maintain appropriate certifications as defined by the department. Life Support: AHA BLS-HCP required within 1 year of hire. Other Minimum Qualifications: Effective interpersonal, communication, and team-working skills required. Strong critical thinking, conflict resolution, organization and effective judgement abilities required. Must successfully complete orientation and competency validation requirements. Must be able to meet essential job functions. Demonstrates excellent problem solving, interpersonal, communication, priority setting and work competency skills. Promotes a respectful, inclusive culture of service excellence. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to exercise independent judgment. Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively interact with all levels of management, internal departments and external agencies. Working knowledge of various computer software applications. Must be detailed oriented, able to synthesize complex data and utilizes sound clinical judgement based on years of leadership and clinical experience. Savvy with crucial conversations. Intuitive and autonomous, anticipates nursing practice needs.
