Your Impact

As a key member of the Capacity Planning team in Silicon Manufacturing Operations, you will champion key capacity planning processes and influence decisions across the supply chain.

Clearly communicate planning rationale to suppliers to align expectations and reduce friction during constraint or ramp scenarios.

  • Supplier Relationship Management. Foster strong, trust-based relationships through regular engagement on capacity outlooks and planning assumptions. Represent the organization professionally, reinforcing transparency, accountability, and long-term partnership. Escalate risks in supplier responsiveness or communication gaps that may impact supply continuity.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with test engineering, manufacturing, supply planning, and product operations to validate throughput assumptions and update planning parameters. Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) forums by delivering accurate, well-aligned capacity perspectives that advise scenario evaluation and decision-making.
