Position Overview:
As an HVAC Field Operations Quote Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the HVAC Service Quote Support Team by managing and reviewing Labor & Material (L&M) quotes within NxGen, The service management platform. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely and accurate quote completion and delivery to customers, helping drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor and follow up on technician-generated quotes in NxGen to ensure completion and customer delivery.
• Collaborate with field teams to resolve quote-related issues and improve turnaround times.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of quote status and outcomes.

• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Word, and Teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a collaborative mindset.
