As a Customer Experience Specialist at Sun Loan, you help customers by phone with their loan needs: applying for a loan, making payments, updating their account, or getting support if they fall behind. This is a beginnerfriendly role where you learn as you go. You'll get coaching, training, and shadowing so you can grow your skills in customer experience, accuracy, and compliance. Your work helps customers feel supported and keeps our loan processes running smoothly.

You'll help customers who are applying for loans by:



  • Taking inbound and outbound calls about loan inquiries and applications
  • Collecting and reviewing documents the customer needs for their application
  • Following stepbystep processes to finalize and fund loans
  • Working closely with your Team Lead when you need support or guidance


Once a customer has a loan, you'll help them manage it by:



  • Explaining loan terms, payment options, and basic account questions using approved scripts
  • Entering payments, updates, and other customer information accurately
  • Completing simple forms and documentation using templates


You'll support customers who may have fallen behind by:



  • Making calls to customers with pastdue accounts
  • Documenting notes, outcomes, and next steps in the system
  • Following your Team Lead's direction on followups


You'll also help with simple outreach that supports business goals by:



  • Calling customers who may qualify for a renewal
  • Reaching out to customers who recently paid off their loan


As you learn the role, you'll escalate most complex or unusual issues.



  • You are expected to flag and escalate quickly when something feels unclear or outside your scope
  • This helps protect both the customer and the business


You'll grow your skills through:



  • Daily coaching and feedback
  • Shadowing senior team members
  • Learning new processes and building confidence over time


You'll complete required training and follow all policies by:



  • Staying compliant with state and federal lending regulations
  • Using procedures to ensure interactions are accurate and safe
  • Making sure documentation and collection practices follow all legal standards


You may occasionally be asked to:



  • Help with basic office tasks
  • Support simple administrative projects
