In the role of Project Quality Control Manager, we'll count on you to:

  • Serve as member of project team that works in close cooperation with the Project Manager and Task Leads to arrange QA/QC tasks and monitors their completion
  • Monitor QC needs for project/program
  • Work with Project Managers to assess and incorporate lessons learned and client feedback from project reviews
  • Provide internal and external project reporting on quality-related activities, issues and corrective actions
  • Verify performance and logging of internal quality reviews
  • Establish project quality processes and monitor implementation and effectiveness of those processes
  • Monitor implementation of company standards and practices as appropriate
  • Effectively implement and use company, client or regulatory document management expectations
  • Manage multiple QA/QC Review schedules, and ensure coordination between design discipline reviews
  • Manage design review and comment resolution process (schedule meetings with reviewers, negotiate mutually acceptable resolutions, escalate disputed issues, and track open comments to closure)
  • Assist in identifying and documenting issues that may cause, or contribute to, deviations from planned/expected outcomes and develop corrective action plans to address issues
  • Conduct conformity reviews in accordance with QMS
  • Provide mentoring through regularly scheduled conformance reviews
  • Perform other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven skills working with Bluebeam and Bluebeam Studio
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proven skills in the areas of BIM Management and/or Quality Management projects
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 6 years in similar consulting industry and a minimum of 5 years in specific technical area covered
  • Deep understanding of QMS fundamentals
  • Proven skills in the areas of Project Management and/or Quality Management projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication with investigative interview experience and project QM software systems
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions.
