Location: Oklahoma CIty, OK

Hours: Monday-Friday 0500-1330

Essential Functions:

• Report to work on time and prepared for each scheduled shift
• Perform all assigned duties and processes, including tasks for which you are fully qualified and those within your demonstrated capabilities
• Maintain a positive, professional, and supportive attitude throughout the workday
• Work collaboratively as a team member and contribute to a respectful, productive work environment

Assists laboratory staff in routine technical tasks such as preparation of reagents, specimen processing, loading instruments, and sending specimens out for testing. Other duties include filing, temperature monitoring, stocking supplies, answering telephone calls, receiving specimens into the Beaker/ Safe Trace systems, follow employer policies, and work with fellow employees in a professional and productive manner. This position is also responsible for helping with inventory and other projects as needed.

Required Knowledge: Good computer skills, customer service skills, ability to multitask, and knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.

Required Experience: High school/ GED, previous laboratory is preferred.

Must be a team player.Keyboard skills are important. Good customer service skills, professional appearance and attitude are required. Must be willing to work overtime or other times/shifts, includig weekends, if required. This full-time position works 8 hour day shifts - Monday through Friday.

• Position requires data background with abilities to enter 6,000 alphanumeric keystrokes/hour
• Works in a biohazard environment, practicing good safetyhabits
• Able to sit or stand for longperiods
• Handles multiple tasks simultaneously and works in a productionenvironment
