Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and document arrivals, departures, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around access points, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, noting maintenance issues, unsecured doors, and other unusual conditions.
• Support traffic flow at gates and entry areas by directing visitors, contractors, and delivery drivers, helping to deter unauthorized access and maintaining orderly movement throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience with customer service is preferred.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
