Admissions Counselor II USC Marshall School of Business Marshall Graduate Admissions The Admissions Counselor will support the functions of the MBA admissions team by managing admissions inquiries, providing exemplary service to prospective students and applicants, managing and reviewing applications, coordinating communication with applicants during the application process, assisting with data collection and reporting, and working with other USC and Marshall departments to manage internal and external information flows. The Admissions Counselor will also assist in developing recruiting and outreach programs for prospective applicants. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, comfortable in decision making and counseling of applicants, organized and skilled in project management, and an excellent communicator, both written and verbal. Anticipated Hiring Range: The annual base salary range for this position is $66,962.45 - $86,396.60. When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, state and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations.
