Description
As part of a Credit Resource Center (CRC) team, Reviews consumer and small business loan applications in accordance with consumer and small business underwriting guidelines and controls the quality of credit through adherence to same. Determines the disposition of the application within regulatory guidelines. Mentors the loan originators to strengthen their knowledge of the lending process. Structures the loan transactions to minimize risk. Insures that all regulatory deadlines are met and that the loan package is compliant. Regular, reliable attendance is required. QUALIFICATIONS
Compensation: CRC Underwriter I - $21.68 - $32.55 per hour The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
