Description We're seeking a Creative Traffic Manager to oversee the intake, prioritization, and delivery of creative work across a fastmoving, multidisciplinary team. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive leader who thrives at the intersection of creative workflows, resource management, and stakeholder communication. * Own the endtoend creative workflow, from request intake and scoping through scheduling, resourcing, and delivery * Partner closely with creative leaders to balance capacity, deadlines, and priorities across teams * Develop and maintain traffic processes, tools, and reporting to improve efficiency and visibility * Act as the primary point of contact for project status, timelines, and risk management * Identify bottlenecks and recommend workflow optimizations to support quality and ontime delivery * Manage shifting priorities with clarity and calm in highvolume environments Additional Skills & Qualifications * AI fluency and skills utilizing and willingness to learn critical * 8-10 years of experience in creative traffic, project management, or operations within an inhouse or agency environment * Deep understanding of creative production workflows across design, video, and content * Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and align diverse stakeholders * Strong communication, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills * Experience with creative project management tools and resourcing systems Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
