Location: San Jose, CA or Remote
Salary Range: 34,500-51,700 (16.58-24.85 per hour)

Our Building Information Modeling (BIM) team is at the forefront of construction technology, delivering exceptional value through advanced 3D modeling and coordination. We maximize construction efficiency by creating detailed virtual representations of projects before construction begins, allowing us to identify conflicts early and implement solutions with minimal impact on timelines and budgets.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Junior BIM Operator joins our team with little to no BIM experience, and gains skills while working on complex electrical construction projects, developing 3D models and 2D installation drawings using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Bluebeam Revu. This position collaborates with BIM Operators, Coordinators and Managers with the intent to learn and grow.
Reports to BIM Manager in charge of training.
Job Complexity
: Works on well-defined tasks within established parameters. Analysis focuses on applying standard procedures and basic BIM practices. Focuses on growth and education with the intent of becoming a BIM Operator.
Supervision
: Receives detailed instruction on all assignments. Work is regularly reviewed for accuracy and standards compliance. Requires guidance for technical problem-solving and direct oversight for quality control.
