ABOUT THE HUMAN SERVICES DEPARTMENT AT JEFFERSON COUNTY
Jefferson County Human Services developed the Community Support Program in 1996 to focus on helping consumers remain in the community who have a severe and persistent mental illness. CSP assists people in continuing their own self-developed recovery journey by offering supports for school and employment, mental and physical health needs, symptom management, medication monitoring, therapy, substance use treatment, and psychosocial rehabilitation to coach and develop skills in daily living tasks. WHAT YOU WILL DO The purpose of this position is to provide a variety of critical roles in collaboration with the psychiatric care provider.
