Emphasis on RN growth and development Magnet Designated/Level II Trauma Center Supportive Nurse Leadership Unit/Schedule Intensive Care Unit (24-bed Trauma, Cardiothoracic, complex medical-surgical ICU) 12-hour night shift schedule Clinical Competency Requirements: Ability to care for patients requiring Level 1 and Level 2 care/monitoring Prefer at least 2 years of current experience in the acute care setting. Medical, Cardiac, or Trauma ICU experience preferred. Code Blue and Rapid Response teams ACLS/BLS/NIHSS certifications Education Requirements: Graduation from an accredited program for Registered Nurses. A BSN is preferred. License Requirements: Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the District of Columbia or State of Maryland.
