Scheduling Coordinator / Call Center Representative (Entry Level) Position Summary The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for accurately scheduling patient appointments, maintaining complete electronic documentation, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to communicate effectively in a fastpaced, patientfocused environment. Key Responsibilities * Schedule patient appointments accurately while following established scheduling policies and procedures. * Communicate appointment details clearly to patients and ensure all necessary information is documented. * Audit, update, and complete electronic patient and case documentation in a timely manner. * Handle inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a high standard of customer service. * Manage multiple tasks under timesensitive deadlines while ensuring accuracy and quality. * Collaborate effectively with patients, peers, and leadership on a daily basis. Required Skills & Qualifications (Must Haves) * Strong customer service orientation with a patientcentered approach. * Excellent verbal communication and call center skills. * High attention to detail, especially with data entry and electronic documentation. * Ability to think quickly, problemsolve, and respond professionally in real time. * Adaptable and open to supporting different departments as needed. * Demonstrates empathy, professionalism, and teamwork aligned with organizational values. * Proficiency using computer systems and data entry tools. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) * Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required).
