About the Role

• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner
• Maintain social media best practices and brand guidelines
• Actively engage with followers, brands, and influencers daily to build relationships and trust
• Create and share monthly reports on insights and community feedback and identify what content and conversations resonate most with our audience
• Monitor trends, memes, and platform updates to inform content ideas
• Explore new ideas to help maintain a sense of community with our consumers
• Plan and execute social media giveaways
• Maintain influencer and ambassador programs
• Assist with content planning, execution, and posting
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and brand teams
• Support campaign initiatives as needed

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proven social media experience
• Great with people; strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
