This role is for students who are currently part of the ITFA program at Columbus State Community College. Encova Insurance has again been recognized as a RISE Elite Top 50 internship program, making this our sixth year in a row! Rising Insurance Star Executives (RISE) is the voice of young professionals who are looking for ways to share their innovative ideas and spread a new message about who the insurance industry is. The IT Apprenticeship is designed to provide hands-on exposure and experience across multiple IT disciplines, including but not limited to Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Security. The apprenticeship offers structured learning, practical experience and mentoring for students currently enrolled in the Columbus State ITFA program. The role will assist in monitoring systems, improving reporting and automation, researching new technologies and supporting operational initiatives.
