Where you'll be:

This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.

All About the Role:

Data-driven analyst focused on driving e-commerce growth through experimentation, KPI analysis, and personalization. This role optimizes the customer journey across our websites by leading A/B testing initiatives, uncovering actionable insights, and implementing personalization strategies that enhance product discovery, merchandising, engagement, and conversion. The ideal candidate has experience improving the conversion rate of a D2C website through testing, improved merchandising and analysis of site performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and monitor core e-commerce KPIs including conversion rate, add-to-cart rate, AOV, revenue per session, and PDP engagement.

  • Identify optimization opportunities through behavioral data analysis, funnel diagnostics, and customer journey evaluation.

  • Design, launch, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across the entire consumer journey.

  • Lead experimentation roadmaps in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Develop data-driven hypotheses and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

  • Support rollout of personalization modules to improve product discovery, cross-sell/upsell, and customer engagement.

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to optimize conversion, AOV and profitability.

  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure initiative impact and communicate results to leadership.

  • Ensure insights drive tangible business outcomes and revenue growth.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing analytics or online merchandising.

  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.

  • Experience with analytics platforms such as GA4, Looker Studio, or Adobe Analytics.

  • Demonstrated experience designing and analyzing A/B tests.

  • Hands-on experience with experimentation and personalization is preferred.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding of digital funnels, user behavior, and conversion optimization best practices.

  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.

  • Ability to perform in an agile working environment.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to communicate to executives in a concise and effective manner.

  • Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
