Wingtips Lounge is a passenger lounge inside an airport environment that offers an upscale, VIP guest experience allowing passengers to escape the hectic chaos of the airport. Wingtips offers a variety of complementary amenities to allow our guests to work, relax, or unwind prior to boarding their flight. The Lounge Agent will be responsible for welcoming guests into Wingtips Lounge and provide friendly, professional, and exceptional customer service upon guests checking into the lounge.

The Wingtips Lounge Supervisor is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the lounge while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This role assists in supervising staff, maintaining service standards, managing inventory, and ensuring the lounge operates smoothly and efficiently. The Supervisor works closely with the Lounge Manager to uphold company policies, maintain vendor relationships, and support team development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to all lounge guests to ensure an exceptional experience.
  • Maintaina visible and approachable presence throughout the lounge.
  • Assistwith guest check-in, beverage service, and food service as needed.
  • Respond to guest requests and provide informationregardingairport or airline operations when possible.
  • Supervise andassistLounge Attendants during daily operations.
  • Ensure lounge cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation standards arealways maintained.
  • Maintainweekly liquor, beer, and wine inventory and place weekly orders.
  • Monitorfood inventory, organization, and quality; place orders as needed.
  • Complete daily checklists for cleaning and ensure all cleaning and stocking duties are fulfilled.
  • Reconcile and prepare daily lounge operational reports.
  • Monitorlounge supplies and office materials and report shortages to the Lounge Manager.
  • Supervise the performance of catering and cleaning vendors; communicate issues directly and report discrepancies to management.
  • Assistwith employee training and ensure team members follow company standards and service expectations.
  • Assistin delegating and covering breaks for team members.
  • Provide employee coaching, guidance, and discipline when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure proper handling and security of company funds, inventory, and supplies.
  • Direct team members to complete tasks efficiently and within established company standards.
  • Cover employee call-offs when necessary to ensure smooth lounge operations.
  • Understand lounge contracts, service expectations, and operational standards.
  • Provide ideas and suggestions to improve lounge services and the overall guest experience.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the wingtips team.

  • Carry out work in accordance with information and training provided and any specific health, wellbeing, safety, and security rules or procedures.
  • Fully understand AGI Health & Safety and Security policies.
  • Attend training courses as may be required by AGI.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lounge Manager must be able to occasionally lift / carry / push / pull and move items 15 pounds (or more).
  • Must be able to use close vision and sit/stand for long periods of time.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Good Communication Skills - Lounge Supervisor must be able to communicate information and instructions verbally and/or email and phone.
  • Customer Service Skills - Lounge Supervisor are the primary point of contact for airline customers and must have professional, courteous communication while resolving customer concerns.
  • Computer skills: Lounge Supervisor will be required to use computer systems to enter and track financial transactions and produce reports.
  • Problem-solving skills: Lounge Supervisor may be called upon to troubleshoot issues with customers.
  • Time management skills: Lounge Manager must be able to manage their time effectively in order to complete tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Must Possess a high school diploma or GED.
  • Previoushospitality, lounge, restaurant, or customer service leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a face-paces environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Must be willing to work flexible schedules including, morning, evenings, weekends, holiday and various hours required be the operation.
