Workplace Associate, Operations

The Workplace Associate will be a key member of the team, supporting daily operations and ensuring a positive experience for employees and stakeholders. This role works closely with the Coordinator to maintain coverage, support inventory processes, and ensure efficient execution of programs and activities The position assists with day-to-day operations, maintains accurate records, supports distribution and organization, and collaborates with internal teams to meet needs while keeping the operational area efficient and well-maintained.

• Support day-to-day operations, assisting employees/stakeholders with requests, questions, and basic support tasks
• Maintain organized and accurate records through daily, weekly, and monthly checks and updates
• Assist with receiving shipments, verifying deliveries, and stocking inventory or supplies
• Ensure the operational area remains clean, organized, and properly set up for use
• Follow established processes for distribution, record keeping, and tracking to maintain consistency
• Partner with the Coordinator to support operational needs, including restocking, audits, and program updates
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all users

• Excellent interpersonal skills - professional and mature manner when interacting with our internal clients, the department staff, and our vendors
• Willing to sit, stand, bend, stoop for long periods of time
• Ability to wear PPE: safety glasses, vests, safety shoes, and hard hats
• Able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Willingness to get forklift certified
• Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal
