Billing Analyst

Job Summary:

The Billing Analyst is responsible for the preparation / issuance of assigned billings and the maintenance of internal customer contract setups within the firm's software systems.

Job Duties:

• Processes monthly billing and on-demand client invoices through ServiceeNow queue.
• Proofs and ensures accuracy of invoices
• Assists with client, project or contract changes as needed for invoice generation
• Other duties as required
  

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Education:

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent, required
• Associate or Bachelor degree, preferred

Experience:

• Two (2) or more year's experience in Billing, and/ or Accounts Receivable (AR) role, required
• Experience within a professional services firm, preferred

License/Certifications:

• N/A

Software:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel, required
• Proficiency with SharePoint preferred
• Oracle Fusion or other project based ERP systems , required

Language:

• N/A

• Displays superior verbal and written communication skills
• Capable of working and communicating effectively with professionals at all levels
• Possesses superior customer service skills
• Ability to work in a deadline-drive environment and handle multiple projects / tasks with an attention to detail
• Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently or in coordination with other administrative or management professionals
• Understands and maintains the confidentiality of all information
• Excellent time management skills

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.

National Range: $24.04/hr - $28.85/hr Maryland Range: $24.04/hr - $28.85/hr
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $24.04/hr - $28.85/hr
