Overview
The Business and Industry Copilot (BIC) organization is at the forefront of transforming how Microsoft empowers customers across industries through AI-driven solutions. Within BIC, the Community Experiences Team (CXT) is responsible for building and scaling the next-generation community that connects customers, partners, and advocates across Microsoft's business applications ecosystem, including Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Copilot Studio. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and evolution of the BIC Community Platform: a modern, data-driven, an AI-powered experience that enables users to learn, collaborate, and grow through community. This platform serves as a central hub for peer-to-peer support, content discovery, and community-led innovation, primarily via our community sites at https://community.powerplatform.comandhttps://community.dynamics365.com. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role ideal for a product leader who combines strategic vision with deep technical fluency and a hands-on approach to execution. #BICJOBS Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
