JOB SUMMARY: The HCM Implementation Associate provides essential support to the Oracle Fusion HCM program by managing documentation, tracking project tasks, and assisting with user testing and training activities. This entry to midlevel role is ideal for someone seeking handson experience with enterprise Talent systems while contributing to a largescale transformation initiative.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  1. Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including crossfunctional checkins, stakeholder updates, and milestone reviews.



  2. Support calendar management, logistics, and documentation to ensure smooth project execution.



  3. Assist with data collection, preparation, and validation activities for system implementation.



  4. Support user acceptance testing (UAT), including tracking results, logging issues, and monitoring resolution progress.



  5. Coordinate logistics for training sessions, demos, and working sessions.



  6. Maintain project intake logs, issue trackers, action items, and stakeholder lists.



  7. Assist in drafting training materials, user guides, and process documentation.



  8. Participate in feedback sessions and continuous improvement discussions.



  9. Collaborate and communicate effectively across departments and project teams.



  10. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.



  11. Demonstrate the Company's Core Competencies and values.



  12. Due to exposure to PHI and sensitive data, this position is classified as a HighRisk Role.



  13. Perform other duties as assigned; responsibilities may evolve based on project needs.
