What to Expect The Tool Install Logistics Coordinator and Data Entry role is pivotal in managing the influx of thousands of parts, materials, and equipment at construction sites, ensuring seamless acceptance, verification, organization, storage, inventory, and delivery to installation teams. You will operate a wide range of mobile equipment to transport equipment and materials . You will play a critical role in coordination to ensure execution of first principals in logistics. This role will require 50% travel to multiple sites. What You'll Do Establish and manage Material Requisition system (MREQ): set up MREQs across sites, oversee quality control, report damaged items, and verify arrivals against POs/POCs Coordinate and manage receipt/documentation of incoming materials: provide daily updates to Material Build List (MBL) spreadsheet, stock consumables, maintain tool/equipment trackers, and create inventory reports, BOMs, packing lists, and PODs Prepare materials for loading, set up/dismantle rigging equipment, operate heavy machinery, and perform forklift/offload/load operations Handle material handling and transport: coordinate vendor deliveries to laydown areas, conduct milk runs/emergency pickups, and deliver using stakebed truck/utility trailer Generate and analyze reports/updates on inventory levels, space allocations, maps, markups, material flow, and laydown requirements Manage equipment/rental coordination: handle pickups/deliveries, mobilize materials/tools/equipment, fuel machinery, and preserve tool/equipment integrity Maintain site organization and collaborate with production, manufacturing, construction, procurement, foremen, and management: keep laydown yards/storage containers clean/organized, compile requests, modify laydown plans, supervise deliveries, and communicate logistics needs effectively to resolve issues What You'll Bring This position requires strong communication skills and a strong commitment to safety(OSHA 10 or 30 a plus) 3 years of experience in material handler andconstruction/manufacturing sites.Forklift certification (15K Telehandlerand36K Heavy duty forklift a plus) Strong computer skills, including proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), Revue Bluebeam Physical stamina and the ability to work 8+ hour shift in various environments, including working at heights, lifting and moving materials up to 70 lbs., and adverse weather conditions (Inside and Outside) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on multiple projects at once Compensation and Benefits Benefits Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Tesla employee, you are eligible for the following benefits at day 1 of hire: Medical plans > plan options with $0 payroll deduction Family-building, fertility, adoption and surrogacy benefits Dental (including orthodontic coverage) and vision plans, both have options with a $0 paycheck contribution Company Paid (Health Savings Accounts) HSA Contribution when enrolled in the High-Deductible medical plan with HSA Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) 401(k) with employer match, Employee Stock Purchase Plans, and other financial benefits Company paid Basic Life, AD&D Short-term and long-term disability insurance (90 day waiting period) Employee Assistance Program Sick and Vacation time (Flex time for salary positions, Accrued hours for Hourly positions), and Paid Holidays Back-up childcare and parenting support resources Voluntary benefits to include: critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident insurance, theft & legal services, and pet insurance Weight Loss and Tobacco Cessation Programs Tesla Babies program Commuter benefits Employee discounts and perks program
