LCOR is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our NY Office and will work at the jobsite and act as LCOR's primary contact for onsite activities. There will be periods when the Project Manager will be expected to participate in multiple projects at the same. Job Summary: Relationships are paramount in our business at LCOR and Construction Project Managers are the keystone of that business. Project Managers act to develop and maintain relationships with community officials, General Contractors / Construction Managers, Design Professionals, Consultants, Property Management and Development Partners. The Project Manager will likely be stationed on the jobsite, and act as LCOR's primary contact for onsite activities. Experience: Bachelor's degree is required. Graduate degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or Real Estate is preferred, with a minimum of eight to ten years of experience in large-scale urban multi-family development. Proven communication, negotiating and influencing skills. Experience on high-rise urban construction is a plus. Experience and in-depth knowledge of target local markets for position.
