Position Overview Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for delivering HR services to the Barrington office, including employee relations, onboarding, training coordination, and talent management support. This role requires the ability to partner effectively with employees at all levels, demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic environment, communicate clearly, and show a genuine commitment to supporting people and advancing Pepper's culture. Position Requirements
The hourly midpoint for this role is $41/hour. We consider many factors when determining the actual hiring salary. These factors may include location, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, internal equity, and market demands.
