As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading tech and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support teams and visitors with clear communication and customer service, while documenting observations and reporting concerns. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license that meets AU Driver Policy Requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following post orders, site-specific policies, and assigned security-related procedures, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the technology-focused location, including interior spaces, common areas, and the perimeter, noting hazards and irregular activity and reporting concerns.
• Monitor access points and controlled areas, help to verify authorization for entry, and assist with visitor check-in processes in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, and coordinate notifications to site contacts and/or local responders as directed.
• Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities in written reports and logs, and communicate status updates to Allied Universal supervision and site leadership as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
