Pay: $27/hour

Job Summary

Total Talent Solutions is looking for an Advanced Discovery Prototyper to turn ideas into high-quality, testable prototypes. This hands-on role supports product innovation by building, refining, and testing prototypes in a collaborative lab environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build high-fidelity prototypes using a variety of materials, tools, and equipment
• Create functional and non-functional products, packaging, kits, boards, photos, and videos
• Adapt and develop prototyping techniques to support new product concepts
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to iterate on designs
• Troubleshoot prototyping challenges and recommend improvements
• Support events, presentations, and display setup/takedown
• Mentor junior prototypers and support team projects

Qualifications

• Strong experience in prototype construction and fabrication
• Ability to independently adapt or create new prototyping techniques
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneNote
• Experience operating lab equipment such as ultrasonic bonders, die cutting, heat sealing, sewing machines, cameras, and printers
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
