As a pivotal member of our data team, you will be at the forefront of designing, building, and optimizing scalable data pipelines and analytical solutions. You will empower various teams to make data-informed decisions, driving efficiency and unlocking new opportunities. This role demands a proactive leader who can independently manage projects, champion best practices, and deliver high-quality data infrastructure that supports critical business functions. Your work will directly enhance our ability to understand performance, identify trends, and fuel continuous growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and program management, to define and gather comprehensive data and metric requirements.

* Design, build, and maintain automated reporting and interactive dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making across various teams.

* Develop and optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to support large-scale data operations and automate reporting workflows.

* Write high-quality, advanced queries to retrieve, analyze, and manipulate data from various database systems.

* Partner with analytics and stakeholder teams to proactively identify and resolve data accuracy and integrity issues within reporting and data infrastructure.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.

* 5+ years of hands-on experience with advanced querying languages for relational and distributed databases.

* Proven experience designing, building, and operating distributed systems for data extraction, ingestion, and processing of large datasets from multiple sources.

* Expertise in ETL design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.

* Demonstrated experience with Business Intelligence tools and automating report generation.

* Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and R.

* A self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and navigate ambiguous situations.

* Experience collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.

* A track record of working independently and taking initiative.

* Exceptional interpersonal skills, including strong written and oral communication.

* Ability to guide teams on best practices for data pipeline development and demonstrate leadership in data solutions.

* Proven ability to build and manage large-scale data pipelines, handling millions of rows of data.

* Experience in a large technology organization.
