As an Allied Universal Security Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access control, observe activity, document and report concerns, and provide clear, professional customer service to employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and notifying management and/or appropriate responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter points, noting unusual conditions and reporting concerns through established channels.
• Monitor access points and industrial vehicle traffic such as deliveries and pickups by verifying authorization, issuing visitor instructions, and maintaining required logs and badges.
• Operate security-related systems such as CCTV, alarms, and radio communications, and complete routine reports to support shift-to-shift continuity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
