As an unarmed patrol officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site contacts, and provide customer-focused support to team members and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and/or emergency response activities within a logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouses, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter fencing to help to identify unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and control entry for employees, visitors, and contractors, including verifying credentials, issuing visitor instructions, and directing deliveries to designated areas.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, disputes, medical situations, and/or property concerns, and notify appropriate personnel as needed.
• Complete required documentation such as incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity reports, and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 1+ Years' Armed Security/Law Enforcement/Military Experience.
• Alarm Panel Experience is preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
