As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol in RUSSELLVILLE, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer supporting a busy food and beverage location. You will conduct routine foot patrols, stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, manage access points, and document activity while providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel, contractors, drivers, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter, noting unusual conditions that may help to deter unwanted activity.
• Control access at designated entry points by verifying identification and/or credentials, processing visitor sign-in, and directing deliveries to appropriate receiving areas.
• Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities in written reports and logs, and communicate relevant information during shift handoff.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
